One Element
One Element, originally born in the United Kingdom, has been connecting and training people for 15 years, after founder and personal trainer Tom Marien realised that it wasn’t just those in sports teams that could benefit from pre-season fitness. At his rugby club, players would bring along their family and friends to the fitness sessions, connecting a wider group and maintaining the culture of teamwork. From there, OE was born and years later is a thriving social fitness community, which not only trains together but enjoys ski trips, yoga and surf retreats, and even hosts festivals! One Element now has nine franchises in the UK, with the first international franchise launched in New Zealand.
At OENZ we believe in the power of the team. Turning up to our sessions you can expect to find an inclusive group of like-minded people, greeting you with a smile and calling your name as you push your limits. You can trust in the 15 years of proven, structured training plans to take you to your desired fitness level.
